OUR SERVICES
Model Estate Agents is a ONE STOP property shop. Apart from it’s normal estate agency function, it is involved in the design, construction and marketing of new residential developments. Valuations are provided by a full time professional valuer who is also a sworn appraiser and an auctioneer. The Close Corporation also assists clients in obtaining bonds, financial and insurance services. Auction sales are offered as an alternative method of marketing property.
OUR PEOPLE
At Model Estate Agents , there are two estate agents and an administration staff of 2 who have been with the agency in excess of 30 years. All the estate agents have undergone training and have achieved the NQF4 qualification. They are constantly updated on the latest market developments. The administration team have many years of experience and they are a wonderful support base for the agents. Providing excellent customer service is their main priority and the wonderful family atmosphere and team spirit that exists among the staff filters through to the clients.
RENTAL ADMINISTRATION
The Close Corporation also has an efficient rental administration department where landlords are assured that prospective tenants are thoroughly screened to ensure they are legally and financially qualified to occupy their property. The screening process includes obtaining a credit report , confirming employment, liaising with previous landlords and perusing bank statements. Managing the property includes attending to any repairs that may be required and dealing with any queries or concerns raised by the tenant.
All clients are assured of the highest professional and ethical standards as the Close Corporation is bound by 2 codes of conduct, the mandatory Estate Agency Affairs Board and the voluntary Institute of Estate Agents of which we have been a member for 40 years.
