The only Member of the Close Corporation is Cas Muller who is also the sole shareholder. Cas has been in the real estate industry since 1967 and is a registered Professional Valuer, Sworn Appraiser and an Auctioneer.

OUR HISTORY

Cas Muller originally joined Model Development Company during 1967 and was involved in the marketing of building contracts for the next ten years. Model Estate Agents was established during 1977 as a subsidiary of Model Development Company. During 1982 Model Development Company was restructured when Murray and Roberts acquired all the shares and in 1990 Cas Muller became the sole shareholder of Model Estate Agents when he acquired the shares which were then held by Murray & Roberts. During 1991, the Agency joined Homenet, a move which further enhanced the reputation of the organization. Homenet has since rebranded and now trades under the name of Harcourts. After an association of 22 years, the Agency has withdrawn from Harcourts and has reverted to trading under the name of Model Estate Agents.
